Cette fête célébrant la fin des travaux des champs a lieu chaque année le premier dimanche d'août depuis 1973. Le 6 août 2023, elle aura donc 50 ans. C'est un événement important dans la vie de la petite ville de La Chevallerais qui compte 1 300 habitants. Le programme était vaste et il y avait vraiment beaucoup à voir. Il y avait à la fois des outils de petite mécanisation « d'avant le déluge » et d'anciennes techniques de transformation des produits agricoles en action. Par exemple, on pouvait voir le processus de barattage du beurre à la main et acheter immédiatement le produit fini (250 grammes de beurre coûtent 5 euros), acheter des cacahuètes grillées dans un four authentique, etc. Les propriétaires de voitures anciennes ont organisé un défilé et ont exposé leurs trésors à la vue de tous. Bien entendu, la foire a largement représenté les produits de l'artisanat populaire, y compris ukrainien. Et bien sûr, aucune action de masse n'est dépourvue de chants et de danses. Il y en a eu suffisamment lors de cette fête.

This festival celebrating the completion of field work has been held every year on the first Sunday of August since 1973. It will therefore be 50 years old on August 6, 2023. It is an important event in the life of the small town of La Chevallerais with a population of 1,300. The program was extensive and there was really a lot to see. There were presented both “pre-flood” means of small mechanization and ancient techniques of processing agricultural products in action. For example, you could see the process of churning butter by hand and immediately buy the finished product (250 grams of such butter costs 5 euros), buy peanuts roasted in an authentic oven, etc. etc. Owners of vintage cars organized a parade and put their treasures on display. Of course, the fair widely represented the products of folk crafts, including Ukrainian. And of course, no mass action is without songs and dances. There were enough of them at this holiday.

Этот фестиваль, посвященный завершению полевых работ, проходит каждый год в первое воскресенье августа с 1973 года. Таким образом, 6 августа 2023 года ему исполнилось 50 лет. Это важное событие в жизни маленького городка Ла Шевальре с населением 1 300 жителей. Программа была обширной, и посмотреть действительно было на что. Здесь представлены и «допотопные» средства малой механизации, и старинные техники переработки сельскохозяйственной продукции в действии. Так, можно было увидеть процесс сбивания масла вручную и тут же купить готовый продукт (250 грамм такого масла стоит 5 евро), купить жареный в аутентичной печи арахис и т. д. и т. п. Владельцы старинных автомобилей устроили парад и выставили свои сокровища на всеобщее обозрение. Разумеется, на ярмарке широко представлены изделия народных промыслов, в том числе и украинских. И само собой, без песен и танцев, не обходится ни одно массовое действо. Хватало их и на этом празднике.
